QUESTION PRESENTED 1) Whether Californiaââ¬â¢s statutory prohibit marriage between two persons of the same sex violate the California Constitution by denying equal protection of laws to gay, bi-sexual, lesbians and transgender a right to marry, or by denying the right to privacy and freedom of expression? BRIEF ANSWER No. Because the Constitution was written for a man and a woman to marry based on religion and would be a direct violation of what we have been taught all of our lives. Such a profound change would cause the institutions to teach in a ââ¬Å"newâ⬠form with a democratic process. 1. People supported Roosevelt in the 1932 election because he was promising to rebuild the American people. He told them that he was waging war against ââ¬Ëdestructionââ¬â¢ which was of the economy and business. The American people heard what Roosevelt was saying and because it sounded so much better than Hoovers they praised him. The way he put his speech across, he said, ââ¬Å"Give me your help, not to win votes alone, but to win in this crusade to restore Americaâ⬠. This made the American people think that he really didnââ¬â¢t just want votes he made them think that he really was just trying to win the crusade for America. 2. Source B and C present two different judgements on the New deal. B was written by an American historian writing in 1945, and C is from a book, ââ¬ËThe Roosevelt Mythââ¬â¢ by and American historian published in 1945. Source B, i think was written after Roosevelt dies. We can tell this by the way that the passage is written in the past tense that he was dead. The difference between each of them is very simple. Source B is telling me that there was a lot of self confidence in the New Deal because it says that during 1933 people will have remembered that the change form depression and discouragement to excitement and hope. It also talks about how the physical rebuilding of the country has been happening during the 1920ââ¬â¢s and the 1930ââ¬â¢s. This problem was tackled by Roosevelt employing three million young men in the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC). They planted 17 million acres of new forests and built over 6 million dams to avoid erosion. The New Deal also cut unemployment in another way. Roosevelt introduced unemployment assistance; old-age pensions and he banned child labour. In the political field the government was strengthened but i still gave the public people the ability to vote out the government and so by calling Roosevelt a dictator wasnââ¬â¢t true. 3. In this photograph i think that the photographer is trying to show the stereotype of a happy white family and then below the reality of a black persons life. This photo was likely to have been staged by editing and cutting to provide the photographer with the ideal picture. The picture of the white family shows them as happy, wearing hats, with a dog and going about life in the ââ¬ËAmerican Way!ââ¬â¢ There was a survey done about how many desk jobs black people got against how many white people got, the white got considerably more jobs than the blacks. The picture is extremely ironic because the difference between the blacks, lining up to receive their government relief and the white family driving being very happy in their car are at two totally different ends of the scale. This picture also proves that not everyone was happy with the new deal, people were still having problems. We can see this by looking at the grim looking faces on the black people. 4. These three sources show very very different points of views. Source E shows Roosevelt pouring money into the new deal, but at the bottom of the picture it shows how the money is just leaking out of the system. It shows that he had put in 16 billion dollars into it but still there was seven thousand million still to put into it. The caption shows Roosevelt saying that he hopes that its going to work, he believes it does. Source F is very much for Roosevelt. It shows Roosevelt throwing out all the rubbish that President had promised but had not honoured. In the rubbish is ââ¬ËCar in every garageââ¬â¢ this was supposed to allow every household in America to own their own car. Many other promises where made but most werenââ¬â¢t for filled. Source G shows Roosevelt with a bag full of remedies in case the new deal fell through, he is talking to congress and is explaining that if things donââ¬â¢t go smoothly heââ¬â¢ll have to change them. The bottles on the table, are the alphabet agencies the are the agencies that Roosevelt that Roosevelt made to help unemployment, and to restore the country. One of the Alphabet agencies the (CCC) took unemployment from 17 million and it helped rebuild the banks to help and avoid erosion. 5. I personally think that source H is the best. It is a letter from a supporter of Roosevelt. He is talking about how Roosevelt has helped him and his wife get back his possessions from the bank and get his loan extended. The man tells how he has never heard of a president quite like him and how amazing he is. The man goes on to say how him and his wife pray for him every night; it is said that he isnââ¬â¢t the only one. There are many millions of others. This is the best example of public opinion i think. Source I is just a song about how Roosevelt has stopped people from working and not getting the correct pay, and how glad they are that he is back. This source isnââ¬â¢t as good as source H. 6. I think these two people disagree about the new deal so much because source J is made by a business speaking in 1980 he says that Roosevelt gave to people rather than teaching them how to gain. He says that people then got used to not having to work so hard and so they just expected to get from Roosevelt. He says that they had soup lines and the depression because people ââ¬Ëlost confidence in themselves.ââ¬â¢ He says that ââ¬ËWelfare kills a manââ¬â¢s initiativeââ¬â¢. He makes the example of a dog and says that ââ¬ËA dog you feed will not hunt.ââ¬â¢ The point he is trying to make is that if you allow someone to get hungry and then that person has to work hard to eat then heââ¬â¢ll learn from that, but, if you just give money and government relief to him on a plate then heââ¬â¢ll just take it and run. Source K says the total opposite written by the secretary of Labour in Rooseveltââ¬â¢s New Deal government in the 1930s. She says that ordinary people had been given the chance of a much better life. Roosevelt ââ¬Ëunderstoodââ¬â¢ about how the depression had hit the heaviest on those people less able to bear the strain. Although the rich had been hit too hard too he knew they didnââ¬â¢t have so many problems, they had something left at least. The sentence he used was, ââ¬Å"The idea was that all forces of the community should be directed to making life better for ordinary people.â⬠Roosevelt tried his hardest to do this. 7. The first paragraph is a very psychological accepts of the New deal. It says that it helped many Americans and it helped the USA as a whole to life out of the depression. The New Deal may have helped but it wasnââ¬â¢t the only thing. Much of the Deal had helped like the alphabet agencies, they helped because it gave people jobs and the chance to work and gain money. They certainly lifted peopleââ¬â¢s hopes. This interpretation of the New Deal is quite a hopeful one. It makes the New Deal sound like it was faultless and that there were never any problems with it. This is not the case at all but it did help in its own way of getting the USA out of the depression. The second paragraph is wrong in many aspects and is factual. Firstly although the government did become reasonably powerful they didnââ¬â¢t become powerful enough to not be able to not be voted out by the American people, the public. They never got too powerful. Secondly, the view about making people dependant may have been right in some cases but not in all cases by any means. Many people did tend to rely on the government relief offered, but the majority of the country worked their way back up again and earned their living by doing hard work. Lastly, the situation about losing a lot of money is reasonably true as a statement but all of the money helped in its own way. Roosevelt did pour a lot of money into this New Deal but he wanted it to work so much. The money was leaking through the system but not all of it was a waste. I think that the first one is a much better interpretation of the evidence because, it the second one is not right what it says is wrong and doesnââ¬â¢t speak the truth. She lacks direction regarding her future goals in life and is unsure about her current job position. Increase in mood swings: Mood swings is a major issue for Sandra as she is overwhelmed by hopelessness at times. Sometimes she feels very good and happy about herself but the feeling does not last long. She often feels worthless and has been experienced this feeling since adolescence. This negative feeling has become more intense now as she believes that she has not achieved what she had desired in life. Cognitive behavior therapy is mostly given to individuals with range of issues such as relationship problems, anxiety, depression, drug abuse, and other issues in life. The goal of the therapy is to change pattern of thinking in affected person (Demner, 2016). The technique is based on the assumption that a persons mood is directly affected by their thought patterns. Therefore, it assist a person in recognizing their negative thought pattern, validate them and replace them with positive way of thinking. It assist client in understanding their problems and adapt new strategies to deal with issues. The combination of psychotherapy and behavioral therapy in CBT helps to modify thinking pattern and promote beh avior activation in people to overcome obstacles that prevent them from living happily (Farmer Chapman, 2016). Hence, I aim to use this technique to address negative feelings and disappointment in Sandra and change her thinking and behavior pattern. Another advantage of utilizing this technique in therapy session is that it takes very short time about one session per week lasting for 50 minutes. Another approach that I aim to utilize during therapy session for Sandra is Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). This kind of therapy is provided to individuals with emotional and behavioral challenges in life. It is a strategy that teaches mindfulness skills to client by means of commitment and behavior changes strategies. This approach enhances psychological flexibility in an individual so that they respond to situations based on what a particular situation demand and persist in new behavior and values as taught during therapy sessions (Hayes et al., 2013). ACT is based on the relational frame theory that serves to identify the war of clients with their own inner lives. A therapist then uses metaphor and experiential exercise to teach clients how to make health contact with their feelings, recontextualize event and commit to new and healthy behavioral changes in life (De Houwer, 2013). I aim to use the ACT strategy for Sandra because her thoughts patterns and attitudes is also a result of a war with her inner self and she needs to learn new ways to respond to life situations in a positive way. Hence, with this therapy, Sandra can learn ways to suppress and manage her negative emotions and introduce value based actions in her life. Rational for prioritizing client issue: Prioritizing client issue for CBT As Sandra is suffering because of her negative and irrational thought patterns, I aim to use CBT approach to explore cognitive processes of Sandra and change her attitude and behavior towards life. The main issue that needs to be prioritized by this therapy is mood swings and feelings of disappointment in Sandra. This is important because it is affecting both her personal and social life. During the therapy session, the focus will be on thoughts, images , belief and attitude of client. This would help to establish link between cognitive process of Sandra and how she behaves in life. This would help to identify the reasons for her being tearful and upset most of the time (Beck, Freeman, Davis, 2015). I would also include her parents in some of the sessions to assess how she reacts in normal life events and gain more insight about her mood swings and upset feelings. Another key issue faced by Sandra is that her feeling of worthlessness. CBT session aims to address this attitude of Sandra by asking her about the reasons for her dissatisfaction with current job. In addition, inquiring about her current goals and aspirations in life might also help to establish the link between her current achievements in life and her current feelings (Greenberg, 2017). Hence, the condition of hopelessness and restlessness can be addressed by this technique. Prioritizing client issues of ACT Through the use of ACT strategy, the client issue of mood swings and no directions in life will be addressed. As ACT approach establishes connection with the observing self, I will help Sandra to detach from negative thoughts and reduce worthless feelings in life. After the reduction of negative feelings, the client can eventually accept new behavioral change. Sandra will be asked to avoid exacerbating her feelings of worthlessness in life and instead strive for actions that enhance her confidence both in personal and professional life (Niles et al., 2014). Therefore, by means of ACT, I will promote psychological flexibility in Sandra. Another issue that will be prioritized according to the ACT strategy is that of her attitude of self-doubt and pointless feelings in life. During the therapy session, I aim to engage in value clarification so to help define what values and aspirations care important in Sandras life. This would guide her to action based on her values. People who have painful emotions and negative feelings in life fail to choose value based action and the technique of mind liberation in ACT therapy helps people to act congruently with their feelings (Craske et al., 2014). Hence, with this approach it is expected that Sandra can lead a fulfilling life post therapy. Discussion on technique for each chosen approach and evaluation of effectiveness on client: Cognitive behavioral therapy Technique used: CBT is based on psychodynamic theory, which explains that unconscious forces drive behavior of individual and technique of free association and transference helps to redirect feeling of clients and modify their thought pattern (Colarusso Nemiroff, 2013). With this assumption, the first step that I would use during therapy session would be to openly interact with Sandra and let her express her feelings and thoughts in life. I will ask her what makes her upset. This will help to analyze any underachievement or personal issues in life that might be leading to sad feelings in her. I would also inquire about any past event or past relationship that has made her the person she is today. This is important to establish link between her feelings and behavior. In the next step, I would employ the technique of Socratic questioning to challenge maladaptive thoughts of Sandra. For example I may ask her Due to think it is right to be dissatisfied even when you have got a lucrative job opportunity which many people yearn for and still cannot get?. This technique would make the client question herself and apply logic to finally realize that the thought or feeling that she was having was not actually right (Kazantzis et al., 2014). Finally, after the validation of her irrational thought and feeling, I would help teach her practical ways to change her state of mind on a daily basis. Evaluation: The CBT approach to counseling will work for client because it focuses on current problems in client instead of focusing on past events. The solution-based approach to modify cognitive process in an individual enables them to cope better with issues in life. Research also gives strong evidence regarding the effectiveness of CBT in addressing anxiety disorders, general stress, depression and anger problems in people (Hofmann et al. 2012). As Sandra is also suffering from stress due to mood swings and disappointment, this would help her too. Acceptance and commitment therapy Technique used: While providing counseling to Sandra by the ACT technique, her past issues will be explored to see how she is not able to bring positive vibes in her life despite many positive occurrence. This would make the client accept the deficit within her in a positive way. I would help her in accepting her experience by compassionately stating that I understand you are having difficulty in letting go off the feeling of worthlessness, however we can work together to address this. This action will motivate Sandra to commit to new action and establish new relationship with her life experience. I would guide her to choose values based action by inquiring what is more important for her at this point of life. This would help her to identify value-based action and make commitment change behavior and attitude to achieve those things which she values most in life (Niles et al., 2014). Evaluation: ACT is distinct from other therapies as makes people accept unhealthy feelings and personal values within them and encourage them to learn healthier ways of living by committing to new behavior. Scarlet Letter In the novel The Scarlet Letter, the scarlet letter ?A? has several meanings throughout the novel. For each character the scarlet letter stands for something different. Each of the main characters interprets the letter in different forms. The townspeople observe the letter as a form of shame and embarrassment. For Hester the letter takes on several different forms. Arthur Dimmesdale, the Reverend, sees the letter on Hester's breast as a constant torture of his sin and secrete. He goes through terrible ordeals throughout the novel. For Roger Chillingworth (Hester's husband), the letter stands for power. The Townspeople see the scarlet letter ?A? as a form of embarrassment for Hester and a way of keeping order and peace within the colony. The story begins with Hester having to go on the scaffold and stand there for three hours with her two shameful sins, the letter A (which stands for Adulteress) and her illegitimate child. The magistrates feel as though constant public embarrassment will disclose the secret of the child's father. On the scaffold Hester experiences harsh words. A group of women are having a discussion in the crowd and one-woman states, ?At the very least, they should have put the brand of a hot iron on Hester Prynne's forehead. She may cover it with a brooch, or such like heathenish adornment, and so walk the streets as brave as ever? (1332). This statement shows that it was not enough that the townspeople knew she committed a sin, but they wanted to see the sin on her chest constantly. This letter somehow gave them power over Hester and made them feel more superior. Without them seeing the letter they felt that her sin was not being seen. Even after Hester moves away from the town, into the forest, children go there to get a glimpse of her; this continues the embarrassment for Hester. Also, the ministers of the town use Hester's sin in their sermons. Another way in which the town punishes Hester and tries to have some type of power over her is when they try to take her child. As the novel progresses and Hester becomes a helpful person in the community, people begin to accept her in society again but the scarlet letter is never overseen. The Scarlet letter means something entirely different to Hester. At first the letter means the same for Hester as it does for the townspeople, shame. However, as the novel progresses, the letter changes in significance. The letter on Hester's breast begins to break her down. She loses her femininity due to the letter. The letter is a constant reminder of what she has done. One women states in the beginning of the novel, ?let her cover the mark as she will, the pang of it will be always in her heart? (1333). This explains that no matter what Hester does the pain that she will endure will always be with her. As the illegitimate child Pearl gets older, Hester becomes worried because the child has a funny way about her. Hester explains how Pearl has a ?fiend? way about her. She believes this is because of how Pearl was conceived, through the Scarlet letter. Although Pearl is her great gift, she is also a reminder of her sin, the adultery. Pearl is also a constant reminder because Hester lives through Pearl. Hester does not wear bright clothing but dresses Pearl in bright ravishing dresses. Also, the children of the town treat Pearl the same way the adults treat Hester. Hester believes that Pearl has a cleansed soul. Hawthorne also shows that Hester is a tortured soul because he explains how the sun does not touch Hester. Pearl makes the comment, ?the sunshine does not love you. It runs away and hides itself, because it is afraid of something on your bosom? (1404-1405). After Hester meets Dimmesdale in the forest and reveals Chillingworth's true identity as her husband, they become close and both Hester and Dimmesdale feel some type of relief. The only reason the locals in far off places that have been so unlucky to have encountered some of our nations immature residence continue to tolerate our presence is mostly due to our money and all the useless wooden bowls, chincy necklaces, and other over priced ethnic cra fts that we oddly enough find interesting and will pay top dollar for. This attitude can be extremely dangerous shown to the wrong people. It was Christmas day 1999 in Sigonella, Sicily, all the officers and members of the maintenance crew had the day off to celebrate and have a feeling of togetherness since we could not be with our families that year. We drank wine most of the day and told sea stories of places weve been and what weve done. Most of these stories would not be something you would tell to your grandchildren or in some cases even to other sailors. After the sun went down, the crowd started to slowly leave their chicken bones, empty beer cans and wine glasses, and full ashtrays for the comfort of their quarters. Furthermore, the report evaluates this range of methods and concludes that it would be ideal to implement the technology method. Introduction Advancement in technology has increased the reliance of internet as a means of entertainment and education source. It has also encompassed the education curriculum, social, economic and political activities creating both a positive and a negative impact. We have been able to succeed and are actually grateful because most of the information and technological know how can be retrieved with ease. However, our children and business enterprises have been adversely affected by the increased internet sexual harassment, privacy invasion, cyber-bullying, on-line identity theft, piracy and phishing just to mention a few in the unending list. In the event our children have developed aggressive attitudes which advocates for delinquent behaviours. On the other hand children that have experienced internet sexual harassment and bullying among others become depressed and thus are cut out from social life and its benefits. This explains the increased rates of teenage suicidal attempts in Australia (Australian Government 2007). Therefore, the government has taken a further step in an attempt of curbing this predicament by introducing mandatory internet filtration to all internet services at home, in schools and public computers used by he Australian children. The government also plans to prepare the Australian children on strategies of being responsible cyber-citizens, protecting their identity while on-line, understanding the impact of their actions on others while using the internet, responding to cyber-bulling and invasion of their privacy among other negative internet vices. To achieve this the government plans to launch education curriculum that provides first rate cyber-safety education programs and educate parents on the negative vices prevailed by the internet thus ensuring their children use the internet responsibly. Furthermore, the government plans to use the blacklist formulated by the Australia Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) to ensure harmful information is not availed to the children, establish a Youth Advisory Group (YAG) to easily access information affecting children on-line and to do further research on cyber- safety issues in Australia among others (Australian Government 2007). This initiative has been met with mixed reactions as some citizens support the idea while others reject the move critically analysing it. Critics view the move as a lash to the development and welfare of the citizens in terms of internet use because internet censorship will reduce the speed of the internet, the initiative is not effective because people will still be able to access the prohibited information through the use of proxy services and web services just to mention a few. The initiative will also violate the first amendment bill which advocates for freedom of expression. The country will waste a huge sum of its capital through the implementation of this impractical solution because approximately USD 22billion of tax payersââ¬â¢ money will be used to implement this initiative. Furthermore, the criteria that will be used to determine the appropriate age to use the internet, the appropriateness of information on the internet and determining a comprehensive blacklist are in question. Therefore, to anal the dilemma the government is facing this report will elaborate on alternative methods of internet censorship other than internet filtration that can be used (Harvey 2009b). Alternative solutions To end the conflicts that have arisen because of the proposal of incorporating compulsory Internet Service provider (ISP) filtering in the country the government should implement other alternatives such as use of technology, political power, moral ethics and civil libertarian to implement internet censorship as outlined below. Technology The government can utilize the available technology to help implement their strategies on internet censorship rather than using internet filtration. It can establish websites that teach and warn adults and children on the dangers prevailed by the internet and how to avoid them. Alternatively it can take the initiative of funding such programs that have already being established. This method will be effective as the probability of people using the internet to access such information is high. The method is also cost effective as such initiatives have been implemented in other countries for example USA and proved to be efficient. Also the government will easily be able to avail on-line safety rules to the vicinity of children such as using passwords, meeting people met through the internet with the consent or accompaniment of parents and avoiding giving out personal information. For instance the Business Software Alliance (BSA) has enable to alert and educate e-tailers and customers on the dangers of internet such as auction site frauds, counterfeiting, identity theft and phishing among others and effective ways of preventing being victims of the above vices. BSA has established a website were they offer their learning and safe guarding tips by displaying stories from victims and tips of avoiding such incidents (Lindroth 2008). Moreover, programs that allow parents to personally regulate internet information availed to their children should be used. This will prevent the government from formulating legislations that violated constitutional rights such as freedom of speech and expression. It will also allow the development of this technology thus benefiting the country and improving the welfare of the population at large. For example US citizens have been able to enjoy the benefits of using glubble a Firefox browser plug-in that has enabled parents to create a safe browsing environment for their kids. The technology is easy to use, fast to install, helps parents to manipulate internet information at the vicinity of their children and enable their children to have the appropriate on-line experience. Furthermore, it does not limit internet information that is important to adults but harmful to children such as family planning tips. Therefore, the government should capitalize on such mechanisms by offering their support either politically or economically (Gary 2009). Political power The government is politically empowered thus has the power to control legislations and policies that regulate this country. Therefore, it should use this opportunity to formulate policies that will enable attainment of cyber-security without contradicting on legislations that had been previously formulated. For instance use of plug-ins and programs that will allow parents and public utilities where children are predominate users of the internet will increase intellectual property infringement therefore, legislations that will protect owners innovation should be stipulated allowing effective use of trade marks, patents and copyright laws among others thus expand the rights of these intellectual property holders. This will encourage innovators thus increase the variety of the advanced technology to consumers. Furthermore, it will increase the competitive nature of the economy of Australia both locally and in the world market. The government should also stipulate mechanisms that will take stern action against culprits who are caught perpetuating cyber-bulling, internet sexual harassment and stealing peoplesââ¬â¢ identity. The government should also avail easy mechanisms for reporting vices that curb cyber-safety. This will serve as a warning to prospective culprits and thus decrease the number of such incidents. Also children will grow up morally as they will avoid practising such vices because this initiative will effectively tame them. Victims of such vices, parents, and children will willingly surrender information concerning such culprits to the relevant authority because of the assurance that effective action will be taken (Harvey 2009a). Moral ethics Most of the activities and information in the internet are morally wrong as they violate ethics and human norms. Therefore, another mechanism that can be used to increase cyber-safety is educating and guiding the population and children in particular on moral vices that can be adopted, thus enabling the adherence and respect of business, religious, social and moral ethics. For example more incidents of school children participating in social networking sites that perpetuate immoral behaviour such as pornography and prostitution are evident therefore, learning institutions should formulate policies that will effectively deal with school children that participate in such incidents and break school rules. Parents on the other hand should develop engaging relationships with their children to be able to further instil the moral principles that they learn and adopt from their school environment. Therefore, the school administration should work hand in hand with the government to clearly outline guidelines that will discipline students in regards to information availed and collected from the internet. The collation that will be formed will also help parents and the general Australian population to access such guidelines thus further perpetuate adherence to moral ethics and human norms (Madson 2005). It is quite evident that teachers nowadays use social networking sites for education purposes. Therefore, teachers should ensure that they effectively elaborate to their students how they intend to communicate to them and the necessary instructions that they should follow when logged into such sites to prevent them from accessing information that is not related to education and perpetuates immorality. Alternatively the school administration should establish websites which should be regularly monitored where teachers and students can communicate. Moreover, the learning institutions should implement educative programs that will educate the students on issues related to on-line- safety and the responsible ways of using Facebook and MySpace among others. Furthermore, policies that will effectively deal with students that perpetuate and practice cyber-bullying should be enacted. This responsibility should not only be left to the school administration and the government, other bodies such as religious institutions, public conferences and gatherings, activists and ethicist should also advocate for the adherence of moral ethics and human norms through the use of mechanisms such as safety conversation (McMahon 2008). Civil libertarian The government should also not ignore the role played by civil libertarians rather they should work hand in hand with them. This will further help them to ensure cyber-safety in Australia is emanated and thus protect the innocence and rights of children. This is because civil libertarians fight for the rights and respect of computer and network users by encouraging those involved to register with them thus regulates their activities. Therefore when formulating new legislations or changing those that already exists the government should engage such organizations thus the policies that will be formulated will be at the best interest of all stakeholders. For instance the Electronic Frontier Foundation in US provides legal assistance to companies or organizations that have out rightly been denied their constitutional rights by implementation of impractical legislations. In the event the organization promotes the US laws and allows efficient incorporation of advanced technology into the country. However, it indirectly regulates the information in the internet by offering legal support to organizations that avail useful information which is not harmful to the social being and economic welfare of the community and the country. Therefore, Australia should implement this example and follow suit as cyber-security will be enhanced while protecting and respecting the constitutional and human rights of its citizens (Swidorski 2003). Conclusion From the above facts it is quite clear that all the above principles should be implemented to effectively implement internet censorship. Each principle covers a specific area of enhancing cyber-safety in the country and among the citizens. The role that the government and politicians in general can play in the attempt of protecting Australian children from internet immoral vices without developing conflicts is outlined. However, the government also needs to work hand in hand with the school administration, teachers, parents and civil libertarians to efficiently enhance on-line security and educate Australian children on mechanisms of being responsible cyber-citizens. Also as we aim to be a world class country we will have to incorporate more sophisticated technology which is mainly attained from the reliance of the internet therefore, this subject should be researched regularly to enable formulation of policies that are relevant to the current technology in the country. In the event the country will be able to attain the technology without restrictions that may curb its development. Therefore, from my own opinion it is ideal for the government to implement the technology method which will go hand in hand with the development objective of the country because it will be cheaper to incorporate, it will be easier to regulate internet information at the disclosure of children while still gaining access to information that will help in improving the welfare of the community and country at large and human rights will not be violated as a result of internet censorship which I do not support. The main idea of Hegels dialectic is that all things and notions have internal contradictions. The triadic form of Hegel (being-nothingness-becoming/ immediate-mediate-concrete/ abstract-negative-concrete) describes this movement from inner contradiction to higher-level integration or unification ultimately gaining self realization which is the ââ¬Å"absolute idea or knowledgeâ⬠of mind and spirit or the closest, one can come to God. Hegel had given the need for dialectics and stated it is required to study things as they are and from there to show the bounds of partial classes of understanding. He referred to his dialectic as ââ¬Å"the experience of consciousnessâ⬠and its phen omenology as ââ¬Å"the science of the experience of consciousnessâ⬠(qtd. in Beiser 20). At the time of German idealism which was started by Hegel along with Fichte and Schelling he borrowed Kants theory of immanent ism and made it more radical or fundamental.
